Terms of Service

1. The App and its name

The App offers local meeting and task organization, Calendar-based meeting display, reminders, links, and third-party scheduling access. It currently works with Zoom and Apple Calendar. It does not host video calls, operate a calendar provider, or guarantee invitations. Features depend on version, permissions, system settings, and other services.

The relevant App is identified by the listing or in-app screen linking here. Its display name may change without changing fangzheng as its developer or making it a different product for these Terms. These Terms do not automatically govern every application by fangzheng. A name change alone does not authorize new charges or data practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App and meet applicable age requirements. Minors need any parental or guardian involvement required by law. Use on behalf of an organization requires appropriate authority. Third-party features have their own eligibility and account rules. Parental permission or a store age rating does not override a provider's minimum age or other restrictions.

3. License and purchases

For App Store downloads, your software license is governed by the Apple Standard EULA unless a valid custom EULA is expressly supplied through App Store Connect. These website Terms are supplemental service terms, not a replacement custom EULA. Mandatory law and the applicable store license and usage rules take precedence in a conflict. Use the App only within your license for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Software ownership is not transferred. Nothing here limits rights granted by open-source licenses, Apple usage rules, or non-waivable law.

Any App purchase price is displayed by the App Store before purchase. Payment, taxes, and refunds follow Apple's terms and local law. These Terms do not create a subscription or authorize extra charges. Third-party service charges are separate.

4. Permissions and local data

Features may need Calendar or notification permission, network connectivity, or other applications. Control supported permissions in macOS System Settings. Denying permission can disable the related feature, but does not authorize bypassing your choice. Local tasks do not require Calendar access.

Meetings, tasks, and preferences are primarily local; the App is not a cloud backup service. Keep appropriate backups. Removing files can permanently delete content; uninstalling the App may leave data and recovery copies. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and deletion guidance.

5. Third-party services

The App may open or display Zoom and interact with Apple Calendar, system services, browsers, and email applications. It is independently developed and is not sponsored or endorsed by Zoom. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Each provider's own terms, privacy policy, eligibility, account rules, and fees apply. You must be authorized to access the meetings, calendars, and accounts you use. These Terms do not grant additional service rights, authorize credential sharing, or represent that every integration has been approved by its provider.

Providers may change or discontinue their services. We cannot guarantee their content, security, operation, or availability. This does not remove legal obligations or liability for our own conduct.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use the App lawfully and respect privacy and third-party rights.
• Protect devices, backups, accounts, and meeting credentials.
• Verify times, time zones, invitees, links, and calendar entries.
• Follow applicable confidentiality and organizational policies.
• Keep backups and install relevant security updates.
• Avoid sending passwords or confidential content in support requests.

7. Reminders and accuracy

Sync delays, changed events, malformed links, time zones, revoked permissions, Focus settings, device sleep or shutdown, and system scheduling can affect information and reminders. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee.

Do not rely on the App as the sole source for critical deadlines or emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety notifications. Verify important information with its authoritative source.

8. Prohibited use

• Violating law, intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to meetings, accounts, devices, or networks.
• Introducing malware, disrupting the App, or bypassing security controls.
• Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing beyond your license, except where law or an applicable license permits it.
• Misrepresenting an affiliation with fangzheng, Apple, Zoom, or another party.

9. Ownership and feedback

Software, interface, graphics, documentation, and developer branding belong to fangzheng or the relevant licensors. You retain your rights in tasks, notes, calendar content, and other material; these Terms do not transfer that content to us.

Voluntary product suggestions may be used to improve the App without an obligation to pay for the suggestion. This is not permission to publish your personal information or confidential content. Support correspondence follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Updates and availability

We may update features, compatibility requirements, or the App's name, and discontinue features for reasonable legal, security, or operational reasons. Where required, we will give notice and honor purchase and consumer rights. Integrations may stop working after provider changes. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every feature. Updates may be needed for security or compatibility.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law and the applicable Apple license, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee error-free operation, every reminder, complete third-party information, or protection against all local data loss or corruption. No disclaimer removes warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent allowed by law and consistent with the applicable Apple license, fangzheng is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, profits, or meetings.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Non-waivable consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

13. Stopping use

Stop using and uninstall the App at any time. This does not automatically delete local or third-party records. Ending your software license follows the applicable license and law. Ownership, lawful liability limitations, and unresolved obligations continue where their nature requires it.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms for feature, legal, or provider changes, update the date above, and give notice or seek acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or authorize undisclosed charges. A name change alone does not change an existing license or consent.

15. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent allowed by law. Non-enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive court access, statutory remedies, or mandatory consumer protections. Applicable law determines your rights and the competent forum.

These Terms govern supplemental use conditions between you and fangzheng, together with the applicable software license. The Privacy Policy describes data handling, not blanket permission for unrelated processing. Contact us for help resolving a concern without limiting your legal rights.
